31 Summer Place is a beautifully furnished self-catering apartment with stunning sea views located in the secure Summer Place complex in Shelly Beach. The complex offers direct access to the beach, as well as a communal swimming pool, braai area, and a children’s play area.The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a dressing area, cupboards, and a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains two single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Unit has a panoramic view of the sea and easy access through a gate onto the beach, which is a good fishing spot. It is close to the ski boat and NSIR base and a lovely tidal pool.
The complex has a lovely swimming pool and play area for children and has direct access onto the beach. There is also a tidal pool close by and lots of lovely rock pools as well as shells for collection.
